These Terms of Use form the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Inko app. By downloading or using Inko you agree to them, together with any applicable terms of the store where you downloaded the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by your app store's terms.
New users can receive one free page creation per day during their first seven days. Additional pages come from the Weekly plan (20 pages/week) or the one-time 100 Pages pack. Failed generations are not charged. Credits have no cash value.
The Weekly plan is billed by your app store and renews automatically unless canceled through that store. Manage or cancel it in your Apple, Google Play, or Amazon subscription settings. Refunds are handled under the store's policies.
Only upload photos you have the right to use. Content that violates our safety rules (or third-party copyright) will be rejected.
Generated coloring pages are yours for personal use. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
