No data sold
We never sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.
Minimal collection
We only collect what's needed to run the app. Your health data stays on your device.
You own your data
Delete your account anytime and all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
1 Who We Are
LastPuff is developed and operated by Syed Haider, an independent developer at syedhaider.dev. This policy explains how we handle data collected through the LastPuff iOS application and its associated website.

2 Data We Collect
2.1 Data you provide
- ·Quit date you enter when setting up the app
- ·Cigarettes per day and price-per-pack (for savings calculation)
- ·Optional display name for your profile
- ·Support emails or bug reports you send us
2.2 Data collected automatically
- ·Anonymous crash reports and performance diagnostics (via Apple's built-in crash reporting)
- ·App Store purchase receipts for subscription validation (handled entirely by Apple)
- ·General device info: iOS version, device model — never device identifiers
✓ What we do NOT collect
We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, camera data, microphone data, precise health data, or any biometric information. Your streak, savings, and health milestone data are stored only on your device and optionally in your private iCloud account — we cannot access them.
3 How We Use Your Data
Provide the service: Your quit date and habit settings power your streak, savings, and health milestone calculations entirely on-device.
Subscription management: Purchase receipts are validated with Apple's servers. We never see or store your payment details.
App improvement: Anonymized crash logs help us fix bugs. This data cannot be traced back to you.
Support: If you email us, we use your email address only to respond. We do not add you to mailing lists.
4 Third-Party Services
LastPuff uses only the following third-party services, each bound by their own privacy policies:

We do not integrate advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or social login providers.
5 Data Retention & Deletion
Your in-app data (streak, settings, habits) is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, it is stored in your private iCloud account — only you can access it.
If you contact support, we retain your emails for up to 12 months, then delete them.
To delete all data: open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This removes all server-side records permanently within 30 days. Alternatively, simply uninstall the app and your device data is removed immediately.
6 Children's Privacy
LastPuff is not directed to children under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 17. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact privacy@syedhaider.dev and we will delete it promptly.
7 Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@syedhaider.dev. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents: LastPuff does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. We have no "sale" of data to disclose.
8 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of LastPuff after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
