๐ How do I reset my quit date?
Go to Profile โ Settings โ Quit Date, tap 'Edit', pick a new date and confirm. Your streak will recalculate automatically.
๐ Why aren't my notifications arriving?
Check Settings โ Notifications on your device and make sure LastPuff has permission. Also verify your motivation reminder schedule inside the app under Profile โ Reminders.
๐ณ How do I restore a purchase / subscription?
Open LastPuff โ Profile โ Subscription โ 'Restore Purchases'. Use the same Apple ID you used to buy the plan. Contact us if it still doesn't appear.
๐ฐ How is my money saved calculated?
LastPuff multiplies your daily cigarette count by your price-per-pack, tracking from your quit date. You can update cigarettes/day and pack price in Profile โ Settings โ Habits.
โ๏ธ Can I sync data across devices?
Yes โ make sure you're signed in with iCloud on all devices and that iCloud Drive is enabled for LastPuff in iOS Settings โ [Your Name] โ iCloud.
๐๏ธ How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Profile โ Settings โ scroll to 'Delete Account'. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. You can also email us at support@syedhaider.dev.
๐ฅ My streak was reset by mistake โ can it be restored?
Streaks reflect your actual quit date. If you edited the date accidentally, reset it in Profile โ Settings โ Quit Date. We don't manually override streaks.
โ How do I cancel my LastPuff subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iOS Settings โ [Your Name] โ Subscriptions โ LastPuff โ Cancel. You keep access until the period ends.
